As reported by TechCrunch, Greplin has a lot more services to offer than CloudMagic such as Dropbox, Tumblr and LinkedIn. This is why CloudMagic may have to add more services if it is going to succeed.

Even though CloudMagic was released in 2010 as a Chrome and Firefox browser plug-in, it is not required to use the smartphone app. You can still use it if you need access to CloudMagic search in Gmail and Twitter. The plug-in initially was able to index Gmail and Google Apps data.

In the past, the From, To, Topic and All sections were the only ones you could search with an iPhone as part of your email. Now, you can search for whatever you need with specific named.
